Our Vision
Our community garden provides not only an abundance of lovingly grown produce, but also an artistic, safe, open, shared space in which we also grow values of sustainable living, food security, local harvesting and strong bonds between each other, ourselves and The Earth.

Our Mission
To bring together a group of similarly inspired individuals and to build a community garden at 8432 117st. To use non-hierarchical and participatory forms of organizing in its management and to utilize organic and ecologically friendly gardening techniques as we plant, grow and harvest our vegetables. We will promote the values outlined in the vision statement through the whole project beginning with planning stages through to the way which harvest and share our produce.
